Aion2 Cheats ESP vs radar vs flight markers: what does each one show?

Closed thread Closed by archive

I've been looking through the Aion2 Cheats feature list and I'm a bit confused by how the visual stuff is divided up.

There's player ESP, 2D radar, flight markers, gathering node ESP, boss markers and a bunch of other options.

Is radar basically just a smaller version of ESP, or do they do different things? And are the flight markers separate from the normal player indicators?

Not trying to turn this into a giant feature debate lol. Just want to understand what the names actually mean.

They're listed separately on the product page, so I'd treat them as different tools rather than five names for the same thing.

The way I read it, player ESP is the visual information for players, while radar is its own 2D display with things like player, boss and node markers.

Flight options are another group again.

The altitude and flying or grounded state options are the bits that caught my eye. Aerial fights already get chaotic enough without trying to track everything in three dimensions.

Wait, so gathering nodes aren't just a radar thing?

The page lists gathering node ESP under world and PvE options, and node markers under radar too. Those are separate entries in the feature list. It doesn't explain every detail of how the two displays interact, though.

That clears up the naming a lot, thanks. I was assuming radar was just ESP but round.

"Just round" lmao. Somewhere an interface designer just felt a disturbance in the Force.
